Sunny days are the best. Treks, shopping, sun bathing, picnics… the list is endless. But who wants to keep re-applying their sunscreen?! A wearable called ‘SunZee’ knows just how you feel. Digital Trends reports that this new wearable device is a sunscreen dispenser that ensures you’re perpetually sunblock-equipped. Although the SunZee doesn’t monitor your melanin or help you find your next sun-filled adventure, the band literally “takes sunscreen out of the bag and onto your wrist for on-the-go use.”
Brainchild of Nitsan Nir, Heday Kinarti, and Ori Ram, the device is made of high-grade silicone, and has a metal clasp that lets you keep capsules of sunscreen on hand. Each of these capsules contains two full doses of 40 SPF water-resistant sunscreen that is chemical free, applies easily to wet skin, and doesn’t burn your eyes or make your hands slick.
