Joining the bot revolution, messaging platform Gupshup has launched its bot builder – ‘gupshup.io’, which consists of omnichannel messaging rules and protocols, called APIs, and bot builder tools. ET Telecom reports that these omnichannel APIs enable connectivity to almost every messaging channel, including SMS, Facebook Messenger, Slack and Telegram. Beerud Sheth, CEO of Gupshup, said,
